does not help.  One need to do

or
  ?_+_
or
  ?_++
to get relevant help.  On the other hand,
  ??+
returns help about _+_, but not about +_ or _++.

I think this is not the best practice.  I would expect
  ?+
return help about all “functions” having “+” in their names.  And
  ??+
should mention other meanings as well (is not gphelp accepting many
arguments?).  

And it would be nice if
  ??#
would contain the info given by
  ?#_
