Please, publish it on
https://pari.math.u-bordeaux.fr/Scripts/
Place pari-gp.xml file to folder located at:
Linux: ~/local/share/org.kde.syntax-highlighting/syntax/

Your idea with the file pari.desc is brilliant, but it didn't occur to me.
